What's the 4x8 Corrugated Coroplast Plastic Sheets?
Corrugated Coroplast Plastic Sheet is a twin wall profile extrusion, connected by a series of vertical ribs, also called Coreflute, Corflute, Correx Sheet,Corex Sheet, PP coroplast Sheet. The PP corrugated sheet can be widely used in packaging, advertising, construction, agriculture, hardware, layer pad industry and others.
The white corrugated coroplast plastic sheet can corona treated, making the printing ink to adsorb on the sheet more firm, therefore the advertising sign looks more sharp. It normally use 100% virgin material, 4x8’ 12x18” 18x24”or 12x24” size, 3-6mm thickness.
What's the working process of the 4x8 Corrugated Coroplast Plastic Sheets?
mold closing→HP mold locking at low speed→moving the injection mount forward→injecting the melt→pressure-holding→the melt in the mold cooling(At the same time, plastified ?threaded rod step back with the injection mount, threaded rod revolve the plastic materials)→the forming material in the mold cooling and solidifying→opening the mold, putting the product out of the mold→closing mold(the next product begin being produced)
